Man Ko Kura Garau: Let's Speak from the Heart Although mental health is just as vital as physical health, we all too frequently suppress our emotions. "Man Ko Kura Garau" is a gentle reminder to speak up, listen empathetically, and take care of each other's mental health.


Speaking is beneficial. It doesn't make you weak to express your anxieties, concerns, or sadness; rather, it makes you human. We lessen stigma and provide opportunities for healing when we discuss our mental health.


Listening is important. Sometimes all someone needs is someone who will actually listen to them, without passing judgment or offering advice-just being there.


At some point, everyone experiences emotional difficulties. Counselors, friends, family, and the community can all provide support.


Let's promote a compassionate community by promoting candid discussions on mental health, which fosters empathy, understanding, and resilience. (Mental Health Awareness 2082)
